Winter Socks

I completed another pair of socks with reinforced heels and toes using DROPS Fabel, this time in the color Winter. Knitting these simple socks have become such a routine that I made most of this pair sitting in my dark car, while waiting for my daughter's ballet class to finish. Although I like challenging knitting projects, I also enjoy "mindless" knitting. I find it very relaxing to just let my hands do their work and have my mind and eyes wonder elsewhere.

Since it is Chance's birthday today, I decided to post a couple of pictures of him as well. He is now 3 years old. Here he is with his birthday hat, which he agreed to wear in exchanged for some yummy fish treats.
